  • Perishable goods without prior arrangement.

Payment and Charges: All shipping charges must be paid before your shipment is processed. Costs are calculated based on the package’s size, weight, and destination.

Shipment Insurance: ICS Express offers shipment insurance as an optional add-on for valuable or fragile items. Insurance covers:

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of the incident. Proof of value and a detailed report are required. Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items.

Delivery Timeframes: While we aim for prompt deliveries, several factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Weather disruptions or natural disasters.
  • Regional conflicts or logistical issues.

Delivery time estimates are provided during booking. You can use our real-time tracking system to monitor your shipment’s progress. If a delay occurs, customers will be notified immediately.

Customs and Duties: International shipments are subject to customs inspections and import duties. As the sender, you are responsible for:

  • Declaring accurate item values.
  • Paying customs fees, taxes, or duties required by the destination country.

Packaging Requirements: Proper packaging ensures your shipment’s safety during transit. Packages must adhere to the following guidelines:

Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your shipment, you must do so before dispatch. Refunds are provided based on the following conditions:

  • Partial refunds for cancellations after dispatch, minus administrative fees.

Liability Limitations: While ICS Express strives for excellence, some situations are beyond our control. We are not liable for:
